Hi!
In order to be able to support rustc on armel, we need to add the
architecture mapping for armel in debian/architecture.mk.
Since armel has been recently bumped to armv5te (#882174), the
architecture mapping should be armel => armv5te-unknown-linux-gnu.
I haven't tried to come up with a patch yet myself but it should
be a trivial change. For now, I have just replaced armhf and
armv7 for a local build, but that will, of course, break the
build on armhf.
